By accepting this User Agreement, you also agree that your use of some Services we operate may be governed by separate user agreements and privacy policies.

This Agreement is effective on September 1st, 2016, for current users, and upon acceptance for new users.

Using HOMAPP.COM

While using HOMAPP.COM, you will not:

Post content or items in an inappropriate category or areas on the application;

Use profanity on the application.

Use our Services if you are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from our application;

Circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, or system owed to HOMAPP.COM;

Infringe on HOMAPP.COM's intellectual property.

Falsely report that another member has violated an policy -post false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content (including personal information);

Transfer your HOMAPP.COM account (including feedback) and User ID to another party without our consent;

Distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes;

Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm HOMAPP.COM, or the interests or property of HOMAPP.COM users; copy, modify, or distribute content from the sites and HOMAPP.COM's copyrights and trademarks; or harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

Abusing HOMAPP.COM

HOMAPP.COM and the Community work together to keep the Services working properly and the Community safe. Please report problems, offensive content, and policy violations to us.

We reserve the right to take technical and legal steps to keep users off the sites if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with the letter or spirit of our policies. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for a long time.

Reporting other members

You can also report a violation by clicking the Contact us button and send us a email. Reports of policy violations must be truthful. Also, please only report a listing once. Multiple emails about the same listing will just slow down our investigation.

When we receive your report, we may or may not act on it. This is because we look at all the circumstances, including the member's past history. If we aren't sure about something or can't prove it with certainty, we may not take any action. We know that can be frustrating. Also, because of our Privacy Policy, we can't discuss the results of any investigations.

Release

If you have a dispute with one or more users, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Privacy

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We view protection of users' privacy as a very important community principle. We store and process your information on computers that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. Also, we do NOT store user's account password.

The push function provided by the application is supported by the third party. In order to achieve real-time message push, intelligent push based on user portrait and push for the occasion based on offline location information, the application needs to collect and use the following information:
● Device information: The device identification code will be used to generate a unique push target ID, namely CID. The device platform, device manufacturer, device brand, device model and system version, and device serial number are used to optimize the effectiveness of channel resources and improve the arrival rate and stability of message push.
● Application list information: We use the merge link technology for technology push. When a device has multiple APP push links active at the same time, we will randomly merge them into one link to save power and traffic for you. Therefore, the application list information needs to be obtained.
● Network information and location-related information: Network information will be used to establish a connection with the Getui server. The location information will be used to control the regional push, so as to reduce the interruption of irrelevant information to you.

General

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. In our sole discretion, we may assign this Agreement in accordance with the Notices section. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee we will take action against all breaches of this Agreement.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms shall automatically be effective after they are initially posted. This Agreement may not be otherwise amended except in a writing signed by you and us. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding and agreement between us with respect to the subject matter hereof.
